  • Full-time | Monday - Friday

    Our ideal applicant will be friendly, flexible, and computer literate. We are also looking for someone self-motivated and eager to learn new skills when necessary. This person will provide customer service, as well as secretarial and clerical support to others in the office, to maintain an efficient office environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greeting callers/visitors in a professional manner and providing information and directing them accordingly,

    • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and monitoring incoming emails and answering or forwarding as required,

    • Updating and sorting files,

    • Drafting and proofreading correspondence,

    • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings,

    • Conducting research,

    • Monitoring and managing our inventory of supplies; ordering and distributing supplies as necessary

    • Supporting other staff with organizational tasks.

    • Providing administrative, bookkeeping, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

    Qualifications

    • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

    • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills

    • Previous clerical and administrative experience a plus

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and time management skills

    • Experience with multi-line phone systems and data entry

    Pay- Dependent on experience
